Accessibility

Our clinic is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with automatic entry doors and an elevator to provide step-free access to our space. There is a paid parking lot directly outside, and public bus access a short distance away. Inside the clinic, we have the option to use a highly adjustable exam bed, allowing us to better support wheelchair users and people with mobility challenges. We are committed to adapting the physical setup of our space whenever possible to meet individual access needs. At this time the access door to our clinic does not have the ability to open automatically. Please don't hesitate to give us a call or send an email if you need assistance with the door, we're happy to help you in.

We also recognize that accessibility goes beyond physical access. Many of our services can be accessed over the phone (contraceptive counselling, medical abortions, etc) We are committed to providing care that is unhurried, respectful, and responsive. This includes taking the time needed for you to feel comfortable with exams or procedures, offering multiple pain-management options for potentially uncomfortable procedures, such as IUD insertions, and modifying our approach when needed. We have access to over-the-phone language translation services, and you are always welcome to bring a support person of your choosing.
